How does our loyalty program work ?

Our membership program consists of five distinct levels, each designed to enhance your experience and provide increasing benefits as you progress.

When you first sign up, you start at Level 1, which serves as the entry point to our rewards system.

At Level 1, you receive a 10% discount on your bookings. Additionally, for every night you stay with us, you will be awarded a voucher that can be redeemed at the bar, allowing you to enjoy a complimentary drink or snack during your visit.

As you advance from Level 2 through Level 5, the discount you receive increases by an additional 10% at each level. This means that at higher levels, you benefit from significantly greater savings on your bookings, encouraging continued loyalty and frequent stays.

Reaching our top tier, Level 5, not only maximizes your discount but also enhances your chances of receiving an upgrade during your stay. This means you are more likely to enjoy a better room or additional amenities, making your experience even more enjoyable.

It is important to note that while the points you accumulate can be redeemed towards booking rooms, they cannot be used to secure upgrades. Upgrades are granted based on membership level and availability, rather than points redemption.
